The excuse I hear most often about exercise is not having enough time. Well luckily, we don’t need more than 10 minutes to work up a sweat. I made this 10 minute exercise for my mom who takes a long leisurely walk everyday. She is looking to gain strength and build some muscle tone, so this workout is nice place to start. All you need is a bench 😊
The workout includes step ups to isolate each leg. Then we do push-ups on the bench along with some tricep dips, and we finish with a plank Hold with alternating leg lifts. That is one round and we complete 2 rounds for the full workout. The exercises are done for 45 seconds with a 15 second rest in between. This workout was made with beginners in mind.
