MINDFULLY ACTIVE

Mindfully Active

Imagine waking up feeling refreshed and energized, ready to tackle the day ahead. You step outside into the fresh air, ready to take on the world. But first, you join a group of like-minded individuals who are just as excited to get moving and improve their mental and physical health. This is the vision that I had when I founded Mindfully Active.

As a UKA qualified Running Coach and First Aider in Sport and Mental Health, I know firsthand the benefits of physical activity for both the mind and body. I've seen the incredible impact that physcal activities can have on a person's mental well-being, and I want to share that with as many people as possible. That's why Mindfully Active was created, a community-based program that focuses on improving overall health and well-being through physical activity and social events. I am passionate about helping others and committed to the Mindfully Active community. Whether you're an experienced runner, or just looking to be more active, Mindfully Active is a place where you can feel welcome, supported, and encouraged to reach your goals.

So, if you're ready to take the first step towards a healthier, happier you, join me and the Mindfully Active community today. It's free, it's fun, and it just might change your life.
